Specific ideas about the significance of generational relationships, of upbringing, of educational actions in the school system, and of didactic actions and the interaction between teachers and students are indicated here. In addition, reflections about the role of the observer are revealing in terms of a culturally sensitive exchange and the boundaries of understanding and interpretation. Consideration should be given to the specific methodical challenges posed by interpretative research into classroom teaching in different cultural contexts.
